The key to healthy aging
Just found this blog post by Dr. Mark Hyman regarding methylation and how it affects healthy aging. I suggest you go to http://www.ultrawellness.com/blog/maximizing-methylation and read what he has to say. The article is very informative and in my opinion the information there is valuable to know.
Some information on B vitamins.

Research sources for information.
In writing about liquid multiple vitamins I have been doing my reaearch from many sources. One of the most renowned is The Linus Pauling Institute at Oregon State University. In order for you to do your own research I am putting in the links of some of the sources for you to check out.
The Harvard School of Public Health
These are just some of the sources available to you to research the use of vitamins and minerals in your health maitainance routine. There are some fascinating articles on these sites. Take the CNN link for example. The article concerns an interview of 4 doctors and whether or not they take vitamins. Read it for the answer which may suprise you.
Another view on vitamin D.

Is vitamin c important?
One of the vitamins we need daily is vitamin c. Here is a short video on vitamin c and I believe the speaker is Linus Pauling who championed the use of vitamin c in mega doses as well as dupplementation in general. One of the keys in the video you should note is the comment about vitamin c in monkey’s diets. It is a sad fact that the nutrition products fed our pets and animals are more fortified with vitamins and minerals than most people get. Again I am in favor of a complete liquid multivitamin taken on a daily basis. Enjoy the video.
The ease of taking liquid multivitamins,
As you are probably aware by now I am a big proponent of taking a multivatimin supplement on a daily basis. The problem becomes how to make sure you get the full range of utrientrs necessary. A good basic multivitamin is the best basis to start with. The multivitamin will become the basis for deciding what other vitamins you will need to add to be sure of getting your proper nutrition daily.
For me the easiest way to get all the nutrients needed is to use a quality liquid multivitamin supplement every day. By doing this the actual absorption of the vitamins is maximized. Not only that but the right supplement can cut down on the number of different formulas and supplements you take.
You should examine the ingredients label of any liquid multivitamin you are considering using to evaluate the level and quality of the formula. In evaluating the formula you should look at the amount of the ingredients as well as if sugar in any form has been added. The preference would be for natural non caloric sweeteners such as stevia to be used. If you don’t watch out for it you will find sugar as corn syrup. fructose, dextrose or some other name added to many formulas to make them good tasting for the person taking them. The presence of sugar in just about everything we buy is one of the leading causes of diabetes today. Next time you go to the store look at the labels on any packaged or prepared food and see how many include sugar in some form.
